Stock - Mixed coarse, including carp, tench and bream


This disabled-friendly five lake fishery provides something for everybody. Horseshoe Lake has carp to 27lb, tench to 8lb, bream to 5lb, perch, chub and ide to 4lb, roach and barbel to 3lb and crucians to 2lb 8oz.

Norman's Lake has carp to 23lb and other stocks very similar to Horseshoe. Carp Lake has fish to 21lb, but the majority of stock are around 7-12lb. Old Coarse Lake has tench to 6lb as well as bream, roach, carp, rudd, dace, perch and eels.

The unique Q Lake is for members only, and contains carp to 28lb, but the average is around 17lb.

Tickets must be purchased from the cafe before fishing (or the kiosk of the cafe is closed), and are priced at £6 for adults, or £8 for two rods. Concessions are £5/£6.

To get here, come off the main A64 at Designer Outlet Shopping Centre and head south on the A19 for one mile until you come to Crockey Hill. Turn left at the lights into Weldrake Lane. Go down here for one mile and the fishery is well signed on the left.
