Manor Farm is a specialist carp, bream, pike, match and trout fly fishery based in Bedfordshire. The site offers 6 lakes set in 86 acres of woodland with excellent facilities include a huge on-site tackle shop.

The Carp Lake (Carp Specimen Lake)
- Lake Record: 34lb 4oz Common Caught by Mr Fitzgibbons. Plenty of 20's and around 5 x 30's. Some weed and so popups are good. Not the easiest lake!

The Becks Lake (Carp & Mixed Lake) -
Lake Record: 37lb 8oz Pike Caught By Daniel Chiddel In January 2005; Plus Carp to 30lb, Tench to 12lb, bream to 14lb, roach and perch. Good runs water with minimal weed

Damsel Lake (Carp & Mixed Coarse Fish) - Largest carp 25lb. Excellent bags of bream. Very good runs lake. Minimal weed with good colour and excellent margins.

Winters Lake (Carp Specimen Lake) - Lake Record: 40lb 4oz landed by Chris Mardlin in March 2008. Plenty of 30's and high 20's. A tough lake with weed. Small fish have bred on in this lake.

Match Canal (Carp & Mixed Coarse Fish Canal) - Stocked with carp to 8lb, bream and silver fish. Average top bag weights approx 80lb. Match bookings welcome.

Blunham Lake (Carp & Mixed Coarse Fish Lake) - A very popular lake with excellent bags of carp to 25lb, although most are single figures as well as bream, tench, roach and perch. Lake Record: 25lb 0oz carp caught in October 2010

The River Ivel - River fishing on the famous Ivel. Includes excellent chub, barbel, bream and jack pike. Weedy in the summer.
