This venue has five pleasure lakes, four match waters and a big fish lake that holds carp up to 40lb. The big fish lake is horseshoe shaped and contains a good head of stunning carp, 20s and 30s up to 40lb (including 'Carrott' which is pictured above at a weight of 27lbs).
The big lake isn't always easy, but provides quality fishing. Each winter also produces many 20lb pike - and up to 30lb a possibility. The big lake also has other quality Tench, Bream and Roach which are rarely fished for.
There are four specially constructed match lakes; these can be booked for matches and vary in size and capacity giving 110 pegs in total. All lakes contain young, fast growing fish, mainly carp, but quality tench feature in many heavy match weights. Match lakes when not in use can be fished on a day ticket.
The five pleasure lakes contain a wide variety of fish including roach, rudd, perch, tench, carp, eels, bream and skimmers. The pleasure fishing lakes are also used for matches.
