Springfield Meadows, set in 14 acres of beautiful Devonshire countryside boasts superb fishing facilities combined with modern accommodation. The tranquil setting and welcoming hosts will ensure you a relaxing holiday.
There are 4 well stocked lakes, fed by a local spring, both with healthy fish to a good size. In addition to the fishing you can see a wide range of wildlife throughout the year including barn owls, buzzards, deer, foxes, badgers, and the master fisher, the kingfisher.
Fishing is included in the cost of accomodation. A limited number of day tickets are sold by prior arrangement only, which ensures that we are never crowded, ensuring your fishing is peaceful and that there is always a good choice of swims.
There are 4 well stocked lakes available for fishing in addition to a stock pond. The Carp Lake has fish to to 32lb, whilst the mixed lakes contain carp up to 13lb. There is a bait shop on site.
