Lee Valley Park Fisheries control the fishing on this 120 acre gravel pit - a maze of islands, gravel bars, plateaux, points and bays. Depths are variable and touch as much as 35 feet in places. This is one venue for the seriously minded specialist.

Glen Faba holds a small number of carp but they are predominantly in the 30 to 45lb bracket. There are also tench and some pike to 26lb.

Season permits only, no day tickets. Day and night adult: £150, concessions £120. Maximum rods - four. There is a food outlet nearby. Open all year.

Access is either from Ratty's Lane or Glen Faba Road. Full details and instructions will be issued with your permit. You can visit Lee Valley Park Fisheries' website here.
