Set in ten acres of unspoilt Devon countryside, Tinney Waters boasts three well stocked lakes with superb accommodation.

The Top Lake holds a good head of double figure carp as well as a fine stock of good tench, ranging between 5lb and 8lb in weight. The lake has also benefitted from extensive stocking of rudd, perch and skimmer bream.

The Middle Lake could be classed as a specimen lake as it contains a fine head of large carp and a good number of bream which currently run into double figures.

Furthermore, the Middle Lake also has back up fish including rudd, roach, perch, tench and skimmers. The final lake is known - unsurprisingly for those of you who can see a pattern forming - as the Bottom Lake. This small secluded water is furthest from on-site accomodation.

Again, the Bottom Lake offers visiting anglers plenty of rod bending action with its healthy stocking levels of carp, bream, tench, roach and rudd.
