Great improvements have taken place at this council owned attractive lake with the addition of 28 platformed pegs. Pear shaped, depths go to 11ft, this fishery is involved with the national 'Get Hooked on Fishing' scheme. Carp top out at around 28lb, there are bream and tench to 6lb, roach to 2lb plus rudd, perch and gudgeon.

Tickets are £4.35 per 12 hour day, OAPs £4.35 per week, family £5.40 per 12 hour day. UB40 holders (proof required) £3.25 per week. No carp over 2lb in keepnets. Tickets on the bank. Annual permits for Immingham residents, £54 for non-residents, juniors and OAPs £19/£33. Disabled access. Toilets.

From Grimsby take the A180 to Immingham. Turn right onto the A1173 keep on here and turn left off the A1173 (King's Road) into Washdyke Lane. Go down here and turn right for the parking and fishing.
