Controlled by Hassocks DAS, the elongated larger lake (40 pegs) is 8-10ft at the deepest whilst the small lake accommodates a dozen anglers.

The bigger lake has carp to 30lb, tench and bream to 6lb. Also present are eels to 5lb, perch to 3lb, roach, rudd and some chub to 1lb, crucian carp and gudgeon. The smaller lake has the species to a slightly smaller size.
