Commonwood Fishery is a coarse fishery set in 60 acres of beautiful Welsh countryside near to Wrexham Town. There are match and pleasure lakes plus a specimen Carp lake. There are lots of underground features to fish to. Pegs on the specimen Carp lake are large enough to cater for 3 anglers plus bivvies. Several pegs have their own private entrance with a gate that can be locked. Day tickets are available. Matches and the specimen pool can be booked in advance.

Snowdon Lake is a specimen carp lake stocked with carp only with weights above 20lb. Pegs on this lake are extra large to accommadate up to 3 anglers with bivvie's. Each peg has it's own individual feature to fish to and it's own gated entrance which can be locked for privacy.

Tryfan Lake is a lake designed for match fishing. It has 22 pegs, each having their own individual feature. This lake is stocked with Carp, Roach, Skimmers and Rudd.

Llewelyn Lake is a runs water. There is a terrific amount of double figured Carp plus a scattering of 20lb plus Carp, a good head of Roach, Bream and the occasional Tench.

Glyndwr Lake has a similar stocking of fish as Tryfan lake. Glyndwr has 18 pegs plus 2 disabled pegs. This lake can be used for either match fishing or pleasure fishing.

Aran Lake is a Tench water. If Tradittional Tench fishing is what you are after then this is the lake for you.
