Set in a small area of woodland adjacent to the Ramada Hotel, this one-acre natural lake is ideally suited to older and younger members of the Maidstone Victory AS. The venue has lots of carp running up to 5lb, and an even bigger head of roach, with plenty around the 8oz mark.
It is a members only fishery. Maidstone Victory AS fees are: adults £70; joint £105; OAPs £35; registered disabled , intermediate 16-19 years £37; joint OAP £56; 12-15 years £24; under 12s free; night permits £40; carp park keys £5.
A one off joining fee is £20 (not applicable to 12-15 years). Application forms from the Maidstone Victory website or local tackle shops. All juniors must be adult accompanied at this venue. Disabled access. Fishing 7am to dusk only. Food and toilets nearby. Open all year.
From Maidstone take the A20 towards Ashford. Pass the turn for the J8, M20 on your left. Continue and turn right at the roundabout into the Ramada Hotel car park. Keep on the left, park at the far rear of the Hotel and access the lake over the grass.
