Set just a couple of miles from Cantebury, this 3.5-acre well sheltered lake offers day ticket fishing. With depths running to 15ft, this mixed fishery is well known for its huge perch. The best recorded perch is 5lb 8oz with loads over 3lb. There are carp to 28lb averaging 8-9lb, plenty of bream to 6lb, tench to 3lb, roach to 2lb, rudd to 1lb 8oz plus odd other species.

Tickets to be bought at the farmhouse on the way in. Prices are £10 for up to 2 rods, u16s and OAPs £6. All u16s must be adult accompanied and no u5s allowed. Disabled access. No keepnets. Toilets onsite, food outlets nearby.

From Cantebury take the A290 North towards Whitstable. At Blean turn right into Tyler Hill Road. Go down here and turn left at the Ivy House pub, into Hackington Road. Go down here and you will see the fishery sign on your right.
