There are three lakes at Tollerton well suited to the pleasure and competition minded angler. Heron Lake, 20 pegs, contains carp to 10lb with plenty from 1-6lb, chub to 1lb 4oz plus ide and roach to 6oz and some rudd. Kingfisher (20-pegs) and Coot Lake (18 pegs) are more mixed with carp to 14lb 4oz, eels to 5lb, bream and tench to 4lb, ide to 3lb, crucians to 2lb, roach and rudd to 1lb plus exotics.

Tickets from the kiosk on the way in. Fishing is 7am to disk or 9pm whichever is sooner. No floating baits, bread or method feeder. Barbless hooks only. Disabled access. Food and toilets available. Open all year.

From York head north on the A19 towards Thirsk. Pass Shipton and exactly one mile after the first Tollerton turn off, keeping on the A19, turn left to the fishery. It's before you reach Cross Lanes.
