The main lake, [B]Swan Lake, is two acres in size and was established over 100 years ago. With stocks of carp, tench, barbel, crucians, roach, rudd and perch. With depths from four to eight feet there are double figure carp and crucian and tench to 5lbs, plus plenty of silver fish. No Carp or Barbel in nets, thank you.

In the summer try floating baits for double figured carp and baits just beneath the surface, fish pole close to margins or reed beds for tench, carp and barbel. Rudd and roach taken close to surface on maggot and caster, method feeder with corn, meat and pellet never fails when the going get tough! Regular weights of 100/200lbs taken on all methods. Approximately 35 pegs.

Leaver Lake covers one acre with two islands. This water is a relatively new addition to Swan Lake. It is in its third year and started to mature very quickly. All fishing pegs are flat-leveled grass to water with depths from three to six feet and stocked with carp, tench, roach, rudd and perch. Pleasure weights of 50lbs are not uncommon.

Tips: pole fish close in margins scores every time, fish up in water for rudd and roach. Fish out to island with waggler or pole for better sized carp and tench. Keep nets are allowed except in very hot conditions. Approximately 25 pegs.
