The fishing is designed to be attractive for Pleasure Anglers, offering fishermen of all ages the opportunity to make personal best catches, with specimens of all species.

There are large Carp to over 30lbs, Ghost Carp to over 20lbs, Crucian Carp to 3lbs and many more.

On-site is the famous Valley Lake with Bream, Carp, Tench, Roach, Chub and Perch. Many are of specimen size and 60lbs day catches are common. When your float goes down you never know what you may catch! This lake is heavily stocked and many anglers fish this lake as their main venue.

The Woodland Lake offers some more unusual fish such as Ide, Ghost Carp, Silver and Golden Orfe, and Crucian Carp, offering many fishermen the chance to catch a fish they have never caught before.

There are no day tickets on these lakes, the fishing is exclusive to residents of the site.

The River Tone and the Taunton & Bridgwater Canal are about 20 minutes drive away and offer 14 miles of excellent fishing for Roach, Bream, Dace, Pike, Grayling, Chub and most other coarse fish.

There are some beautiful river and canal settings and it is possible to park and fish both river and canal within a short walk of each other. This is available free to residents.
