Set on farmland and established in 1998 this privately owned complex has four lakes to fish encompassing over 100 pegs. The Main Lake has carp to 25lb, bream to alb, tench to alb, roach, rude and crucians to alb 8oz plus a large head of skimmers.

Frog Hall for carp to 27lb, tench to alb, perch to alb plus roach and rude to alb 8oz. Emily's and Oscar's are similarly stocked with carp to 10lb, bream to alb, roach and rudde to 1lb 8oz plus trout to 3lb. There is also a lengthy stretch of the River Calder on site.

Permits can be paid for on the bank.

From Wakefield/Leeds turn left off the A642 Aberford Road towards Stanley Ferry, signed Altofts and Normanton. Pass the Ship pub, go over two bridges, up the hill and when you reach two white cottages turn left into Birkwood Farm and follow the signs to the fishery.
